Website information and project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry, viewing a collection or requesting a sample does not itself confirm an order, a price or a production commitment. Product specifications, availability, quantities, pricing, lead times, payment, delivery and after-sales arrangements are confirmed for the relevant project in writing.
Designs, materials and images
Product photographs, illustrations, color references and finish examples help communicate design possibilities. Screen settings, lighting, scale and production methods may affect how an item appears. Illustrations are visual references rather than proof of a particular production result. Confirm the relevant specifications and approval sample before production.
Public collections show selected design directions. Availability and any proposed adaptation depend on the item and the agreed brief. A style displayed on the website does not mean every variation is available or ready to ship.
