Before casting begins, we use your approved sample to prepare the mould and wax components. This helps us preserve the form, proportions and construction details that matter throughout production.

Casting

From prepared wax to silver or brass

We use the prepared wax assembly to cast your piece in silver or brass at our factory. After casting, we separate, clean and review each component before bench work begins.

Detail work

Stone setting & enamel

We set stones to match your approved design. If your piece includes enamel, we prepare and apply the color in-house, then compare the result with your approved sample.

Finishing

Shaping, refining & polishing

We refine the cast form, connection points and visible surfaces by hand. We polish to the approved finish while keeping edges, contours and stone-set areas clean and defined.

Completion

Assembly, final check & packing

We assemble clasps, chains and other components according to the approved construction. Before packing, we check appearance, function, matching and quantity against your order requirements.
