Who does NOVA work with?

We support brand chains, e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce businesses, designer brands, wholesalers and corporate-gift projects. Before development begins, we review the product direction, expected quantity, target market and timing to confirm project fit.

What information should I share to start a custom jewelry project?

Share the clearest information you have—such as sketches, reference images, dimensions, stone details, an existing sample, expected quantity, target market and timing. We’ll review it with you, point out any gaps and agree on the next step.

What should a brand compare when choosing a jewelry manufacturer?

Compare more than unit price. Ask about development support, sampling, the production route, quality checkpoints, communication, report coverage and any externally coordinated processes. We’ll explain how your item will be developed before production begins.

02 / DESIGN & SAMPLING

Use CAD, 3D wax printing and a physical sample to resolve details before production.

Does NOVA offer CAD and 3D jewelry design?

Yes. Our development workflow can include CAD review, 3D wax printing and physical sampling. Before work begins, we’ll confirm the scope, fees, file deliverables, revision rounds and ownership terms with you.

Can I begin with an existing sample instead of a drawing?

Yes. Send the sample together with any known dimensions, material, stone, finish and quantity requirements. We will review what can be developed from it and confirm any additional information needed.

How soon can a first sample be ready?

If your project is suitable for our 7-day sampling route, the first physical sample can be ready within 7 days once the design direction and sampling brief are confirmed. We’ll confirm your schedule based on complexity, material and component readiness, revisions and shipping.

Starting quantities and production routes depend on the actual style and specification.

What are NOVA’s starting order quantities?

Our NOVA styles can start at 5 pieces, while custom styles can start at 30 pieces. We’ll confirm the MOQ for your project based on the style, material, finish, color, size and other requirements.

Why do starting quantities vary?

Custom styles require development and production setup that an existing NOVA style may not need. Design complexity, material, stones, finish and production route can also affect the practical starting quantity.

Which processes are handled in-house?

We handle casting and enamel in-house. We’ll confirm the production route for your item and coordinate electroplating with an external production partner when required.

We align inspection criteria and supporting documents with your product, order and destination market.

How does NOVA manage quality control?

We review incoming materials or components and carry out in-process and final checks. For each order, we’ll agree the inspection criteria and sampling plan with you based on the product and requirements.

Do NOVA’s Intertek reports apply to every product?

No. Our available reports cover Tennis Chain C618004-7, the named components and the listed test items. They do not establish the same result for other NOVA products, so please review the original report for its exact coverage.

Can testing requirements be reviewed before sampling?

Yes. Share your destination market and any known standard or test requirements at the start. We’ll review whether an existing document is relevant and discuss product-specific testing when needed. We’ll confirm the final criteria, sampling plan, testing route, costs and timing for your item.
