How is the sample fee confirmed?
We quote the sample against your confirmed brief and state what is included before work begins. There is no single fee for every design.
What if you request changes?
Send us one consolidated change list. Before another sample is made, we confirm whether the change affects the fee or date.
Does the seven-day timing include shipping?
No. It applies to the first physical sample after you confirm the design direction and sampling brief. We confirm shipping cost and transit time separately.
Does sample approval start bulk production?
No. Your approved sample becomes the production reference. We confirm order quantity, unit price and delivery terms with you before releasing the bulk order.
